2018 - Day #54

Gym Rat!!!
I’ve been back to the gym for almost 2 months now and have continued to use my membership at least 4 times a week sometimes 5 or 6. I feel so good just getting back in a regular routine of using the gym. Cardio on treadmill and elliptical. Using the free weights and the nautilus machines. Getting stronger. Feeling fit. Keeping myself off the scale and really pushing hard to get this damn body tighter and stronger!!!!
