exercising again...

wooohoooo...made it to the gym tonight while the kids were at mom's....did 1 mile on treadmill in about 14 1/2 minutes and them jumped on bike with a goal of 9 miles (equals 3 walked miles for my challenge) ended up doing 10 1/2 miles on the bike which is 3 1/2 miles walking for a total of 4 1/2 miles walking today...felt great to be back....plan on walking 3 miles with brooke tomorrow night and then hit the gym again saturday to get my miles done for this week...then hit next week hard right out the gate with some exercise on sunday???? not sure what yet, but i'm gonna move my ass :)
