i did not write down what i ate but i did try very hard to stay on program...not too bad...not binging, just not the best at eating 6 meals or 6 even meals...more snacking during day but not excessive and not all bad choices.....okay back to journaling tomorrow-monday...

let's start with a small goal this week....just get a loss - however small it may be....get down even just .2lbs.....
set small goals - 2 hrs of uninterupted sun time at the pool or maybe the beach when i get 5 lbs off from this point forward.....

53.8 by 12/31/08 this was and still is my goal, better get my ass in gear for that to happen - it is still possible if i just put my mind to it....
