Good Loss

so i lost 2.6 this week and am now down 18lbs total since jan 1st....4 months complete which is 33% of the year and i've lost 30% of the weight i want to lose - still on track - need to keep it up and by july 1st i should be down 50% which is 27 lbs - completely doable

5/1/08 Thursday - weigh in day...

FOOD
800 JC sunshine sand w/slice of amer cheese, diet mt dew
1130 baked doritos
130 JC chix burrito, lt sour cream, salsa, lettuce, shredded cheese, diet coke
915 chinese food - egg roll, chix wings, crab rangoons, moogoo gaipan w/brownsauce, white rice, duck sauce....too much but i just weighed in and it is my "cheat/treat" time...
