2018 - Day 184

I’m struggling with what to set for my July goals outside of 1lb a week loss with weight watchers plan. 

•fitness goals - Strength 5x week with at least 1 deck of cards workout, Cardio 4x week with at least 1 group class
•food/drink goal - cut back on diet soda - week to week challenge. 
•sleep goal - 7hrs a night Sunday - Thursday
•water goal - need to get back to 80+ oz a day
