12 few bites fresh pineapple
1230 ham/cheese sand, 100 cal pak doritos
415 few crackers w/pepperoni and cheese
5 large salad w/steak, mini croutons, lt cesear dressing, 1 1/2 ears corn on the cob (no butter or salt), diet pepsi
6 2 mini brownie bites
625 few bites of steak, handful of chips
645 1 chix tender, few grapes

ACTIVITY
45 min treadmill - over 425 calories, 2.5 miles - gooooodddd sweat
