lovely - i work hard all week and gain 1 pound!!!!!! 238.4 from 237.4 (my lowest since having emma - WTF - Sabotage, ya think?????) what do i do for the next few days??? i don't track/write down what i eat and essentially i end up eating crap, not on a good schedule and not enough of the good stuff, ie: veggies, fruits....
