seriously what happened???
i haven't updated my food/activity since thurs afternoon....need to get back on track today!!!!!!
gained 1 pound last thursday and i'm pissed about it - i worked out 6 of 7 days and i kept track of everything...think i am slipping backwards cause of my gain - see below....
FOOD
i didn't write anything down for Friday, Saturday, Sunday - didn't eat great, but didn't eat horrible
Friday - i had dunkin donuts croissant sand for breakfast w/small coffee coolata and bit too much snacking while home sick with nick, JC pot soup, turkey sand?, i couldn't tell you what i had for dinner???
Saturday - JC cereal for breakfast before my exercise class, salad w/tuna for lunch, baked chips for snacks, Mike and I had date night and i had 2 big margarita, chips/salsa/cheese and for dinner i had steak....
Sunday - JC breakfast sandwich, baked chips, fruit???, part of a soft pretzel, few bites of cotton candy, small bag of salt/vinegar chips, diet cokes, lite Bubba burger, small amt corn, white rice, can of green beans, 2 100 cal popcorns w/butter spray and 2% parm cheese, diet cokes
ACTIVITY
Friday - i did nothing - home w/sick kid
Saturday - group power class w/elissa - holy shit did i get a work out - sore legs still
Sunday - nothing again - walking around with kids at kid's world fair
