1115 snack - 2 1/2 cups frt salad w/fresh cantaloupe, strawberries and pineapple
130 lunch - JC SW chix burrito w/lt SC, fresh salsa, lettuce
515 snack - apple
730 dinner - Mr Foods hula pork w/brown rice, steamed carrots
805 snack - watermelon
945 snack - 100cal popcorn w/butter spray and 3 shakes of cinn/sugar mix

ACTIVITY
45 min Treadmill - 400+calories burned, 2.5+miles walk/run
