Sat/Sun 6/28-6/29

Food
i did not write down what i ate but i did try very hard to stay on program...not too bad...not binging, just not the best at eating 6 meals or 6 even meals...more snacking during day but not excessive and not all bad choices.....okay back to journaling tomorrow-monday...
