journaling food and activity...

just wanted to make sure that anyone who checks my blog knows that i am still writing down my food and activity, i'm just doing it on a jenny craig menu right now....too much work to transfer here everyday....
i'm doing great - down 4.6lbs this week, biggest loss in a very long time.....JC for breakfast, lunch and dinner - 1500 calories, exercise goals....no cheating.....wow, what a difference a week makes....staying committed and looking for results next week as well.....8 miles is my goal this week...i'm up to 5 as of yesterday, still have friday and saturday to finish and i will......goal to hit the gym on saturday for sure......yeahhhhhhhhhhh, a loss and a big one at that.....
